TERMS OF BUSINESS FOR NON-REPUBLIC OF SOUTH AFRICAN RESIDENTS

 

· Booking is confirmed by a 50% deposit of the daily rate

· Balance of the daily rate of duration of your safari is payable prior to commencement of your safari

· Receipt of payment, indicating booking dates, will be immediately confirmed by fax or e-mail

· All deposits are non refundable in the event of cancellation 365 days, or less, prior to the date of commencement of safari. A 20% handling fee (on deposit) will be charged on cancellation

· The deposit for dangerous game is 50% of total safari (including trophy fee) to confirm the hunt

· Any damages to hired equipment will be payable by the client

· Payments may be made in cash, traveller's cheques,  wire transfers (preferable)

· All clients and observers are required to sign a Kolobe Safaris indemnity agreement before commencement of the safari

· Trophy fees are payable on all animals killed or wounded and must be paid prior to departure from hunting camp

· Day of arrival and departure is counted as 1 hunting day

· Non hunting observers may be permitted to hunt one  animals with prior arrangement with Kolobe Safaris

· Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to possible currency fluctuations. Prices on confirmed booking are not subject to change

· Hunting Season:

· Our hunting season runs from January to December. Temperatures in winter [May to August] vary between 1 degree C in early morning to 25 degrees C mid day. Spring and Autumn [September to November and February to April] varies between 20 and 30 degrees C.

· All rifle scopes have to be tested and aligned on the shooting range before the hunt. It will give you confidence and a feeling of readiness. From here it is what you have come for, so relax and enjoy the hunt. Your host and PH will be to your assistance and help every minute of the day and night.

· The deposit for dangerous game is 50% of total safari (including trophy fee) to confirm the hunt

· Any damages to hired equipment will be payable by the client

· Payments may be made in cash and wire transfers (preferable)

· All clients and observers are required to sign a Kolobe Safaris indemnity agreement before commencement of the safari

· No pets allowed

· No quad bike/s or motorcycle/s allowed

· Fees are applicable on all animals killed or wounded and must be paid prior to departure

· Day of arrival and departure is counted as 1 hunting day

· Daily rates are applicable per hunting day, or nights spent, depending on highest number

· Minimum of three people and three days (The total camp is closed to ensure that your bush

  breakaway  is exclusive and private)

· Time of Arrival: 14:00

· Time of Departure: 10:00

· Prices are confirmed with booking

 

 

 

Payments for Non SA Residents:  Wire Transfer, Cash - only notes later than 2011 accepted, Travellers Checks - Must be kept in Numberical order and a copy of your Passport is required, Credit Card - Only Visa and Mastercard is Accepted and a 5% Bank Charge will be added to your account.
